We lease from you long-term, and minimize your vacancy and unexpected expenditures.

We sign a long-term lease with you, giving your all the benefits of having us as your corporate tenant. From there, we furnish the space, and offer the property up to our clients, who are looking for flexible-term stays in the area.

Co-Hosting | Option 2

We'll be your property managers for a percentage of the revenue. 

If you're looking to more earning potential in our partnership, you can consider hiring us to be your co-host. We'll apply all of our marketing knowledge and management strategies to optimize your property listing and secure corporate tenants. You pay us a percentage of gross revenue as a management fee, take care of property expenses, and keep the rest as your profit.
