Screening & Security
Screening for All Guests
We screen all guests before accepting bookings in order to minimize risks. Our screening process covers identity check, purpose of stay, criminal and sex offender background check, credit history checks, and fraud detection. On top of that, guests agree to house rules specific to each property, a legal usage agreement, and travel advisory compliance to and from origin.
Remote Lock & Contactless Check-In
Where applicable, we install remote external locks that generate entry codes that are unique to each guest at check-in.
24/7 Noise Detection Sensors
We monitor noise levels to be notified of emergency situations and ensure that guests are being good neighbors.
$1M to $5M Insurance Policy Per Unit
We carry a comprehensive insurance policy to protect your property.

Where applicable, we install external security camera in order to ensure that only approved guests are staying in the property.
